Ownership of Media Images
All photographic/video images on the CHDC website, blog, Facebook page, YouTube channel or other internet presence, are copyrighted to The Canadian Horse Defence Coalition, unless stated otherwise.
All photographic images on the above noted locations are protected under Canadian and foreign copyright laws. You may not adapt, edit, change, transform, publish, republish, distribute, redistribute the media material from any CHDC internet presence (in any form or media) without the CHDC’s written permission.
Enforcement of copyright
The CHDC takes a serious view of any infringement of its media property and will vigorously protect those rights.
If the CHDC discovers that you have used our copyright materials, in contravention of the above, the CHDC will consider all legal remedies available, including the commencement of legal proceedings.
Any material that you wish to use to educate, but not to solicit funds for your own person or organization, may be referred to by linking back to the CHDC internet presence where the material is located.
You may not use any of the photographic, video or other material on any CHDC internet presence, in whole or in part, without written permission.

The above excludes material that the CHDC posts with express instructions that the material is free for use, such as flyers, petitions, etc.
