Season’s Greetings From The CHDC

Season's GreetingsAs the Year of the Horse comes to a close, the CHDC Directors would once again like to extend our very Best Wishes/Meilleurs Voeux to everyone.  Keep safe and be kind to each other as you celebrate with family and friends.  May you find Joy, Peace and Love throughout the season and into the new year and we enter the Year of the Ram.  Thank you to all our supporters who continue to advocate on behalf of our horses.

Please remember them and all of the other equidae who languish on feedlots all over Canada every day – those horses who did everything that was asked of them but it still wasn’t enough – those horses who were ultimately betrayed by those they trusted implicitly and those horses who did nothing wrong except to fall into the wrong hands.

Merry Christmas to everyone. Perhaps more people will be enlightened in 2015. Where there is life there is hope.

And all the best to the CHDC – an absolutely wonderful organization – smart and determined! Here’s hoping for good things in 2015!

  5. Merry Christmas to all and have a happy New Year and may the EU ban forever Canadian horses being sent to slaughter. I have a good idea that the EU banning Mexico from shipping US horse meat will give a big punch in the gut to the kill buyers this year. That’s gotta hurt!!
