  1. Well it is a nice story and all that, but the whole racing industry is unfeeling…it is a business and most of the unwanted horses end up in the slaughter pipeline. Why not just get her a horse she can love and nurture without having to race and go from barn to barn to barn. Do owners not realize how hard this is on horses??

    1. AGREED! As for the ‘owners’ …. some don’t realize, but MOST do & don’t give a rats ass what effect it has on horses!!! THAT’s how piss poor of a ‘horseman’ they are! Horsemanship has left the stall, period!
