chavez truckOne of Mexico’s largest TV stations, Milenio Television, aired a strong anti horse slaughter piece. This is the first time that this issue is getting nationwide attention in Mexico, and the TV station just told us that the feedback has been incredible…The reporter specifically targeted the imports from the US and the cruelty exposed by AA at Southwest Livestock Auction as well as the Eagle Pass and Presidio export pens.

Please share wide and far and like the article on the Milenio page!

That is great, perhaps a documentary could be made, and shown in Canada on the National. It could cover the US stalled bill and those politicians implicated in holding it up. How US Horses are transported into Canada, where they are killed for human consumption in Quebec Alberta. The fraudlent passport system in Canada that permits Horses medicated with drugs that pose a danger to humans who consume. How the Canadian Govt is implicated in supporting this industry from Harper,Ritz and the CFIA down to Premier Redford and Marois, including the Horse Associations. The Canadian BILL C322 sponsered by MP Atamanenko of BC. Canadian taxpayers who are unknownly providing their dollars to CFIA Inspectors employed by the CFIA and claim the meat is safe for human consumption. Toronto city council over whelmingly supporting bill C322. I am sure I have just scratched the tip of the iceburg, not to mention video investigations and more. There is ample material for a documentary that would outrage people. With supporters help I am sure this endeavour is feasible.
