Join Up to express outrage about Horse Slaughter

Join Up to express outrage about Cruelty to the Horse

Join Up to express outrage about the Lack of Respect for the Horse

Join Up because horses are DYING every day and we are not being heard

Standing up in front of La Palette is not a reflection on this one particular restaurant – it is an example to all restaurants and shops – it is an example to provincial and federal government – it is a voice for the wild horse – it is a voice for the working racehorse – it is a voice for the pregnant mare – it is an example to the Canadian citizen – it is a VOICE for the horse!

La Palette continues to serve horsemeat, despite numerous protests outside of the restaurant.  Information has been provided to the owners explaining the possible risk to humans who consume horsemeat.

Hi there everyone!! My name is Tracee Dewan and I will be there both on friday and sat… please come and help us be a voice for so many…I am desperately trying to start up a horse rescue in the GTA area in ontario. I am looking to dedicate every minute of every day to rescueing any and all horses I can from the meat buyers at the auctions starting with the toad hall auction. If anyone would like to help in anyway please add me to facebook…… I will also will be setting up a charity for this if anyone is interested.

We are not being heard, because we are not utilizing the necessary tools within our reach to be heard eg. billboard as was put up in Ottawa, maybe placed on the Don Valley inToronto. Anyone out there know the name and contact that was successful in erecting the Ottawa board, and perhaps a ballpark cost? With fund raising from members of our following, Perhaps the cost is within our reach. I am in for 100 if we can manage to follow through.

If I was in Ontario, I’d be there too. Hope there’s a great turnout and thanks for giving a voice to the voiceless.
