Does any one know why the Canadian National News has not said a word about this issue?
Could it possibly be that Canadas first Emporer does not want it reported that the CFIA under Ritz has been blocked from sending TAINTED HORSE meat to the EU. Meat that the CFIA was well aware of to be tainted.
TAINTED meat= XL foods and HORSE slaughter in Quebec and Alberta put this along side 22 deaths at Maple Leaf, and this is politically devastating to Canadas first Emporer.
THE CBC IS MANDATED TO REPORT SIGNIFICANT ISSUES THAT ARE OF PUBLIC INTEREST. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTING ON THIS ISSUE NOW NOT LATER.
Maybe now Claude Bouvry could offer to slaughter for XL the extra thousand or so cattle that overworked employees were unable to keep up with since production was increased. All in all, it paints a sorry picture of Canadian Agri business, first manure in the beef and now finally the secret is out that the horsemeat that has been shipped out for so many years is also tainted. The XL employess knew about the short comings in the beef slalughter as did the government, CFIA employees, big business and the horse minded public know about the drugs in horsemeat but as usual no one cared as long as profit was involved.
Lets hope societys worst, C Bouvry spends some of that blood money he is so proud of, to feed and care for the thousands of HORSES languishing in Alberta feed lots. Perhaps A. Redford and Menzies can contribute as well, after all they are MAJOR players in this shameful .

Just to mention; Editor has to watch his/her words. Its not an ONTARIO slaughter-plant, but A QUEBEC slaughter-plant… – Earlier this year, the (Ontario) slaughterhouse operated by Viande Richelieu returned two former racehorses, Canuki and Cactus Cafe,ect
