Do the powers that be in NY need a lightning bolt out of the sky up their butts before they realize and do something about putting these poor animals on the streets in this day and age, like outlaw it?
The only one I truly feel for is the horse in this debaucle as he had no choice to be but be there.
Poor sweet thing! Think long and hard and deeply about what these horses are subjected to on modern busy streets daily. So Unfair!
